Where can I park?

Parking is in the village (doctor's surgery) car park and is free of charge. This car park is directly opposite the lane to Westwell House. There will be no parking available at Westwell House.

What time should I get there?

While the gates will open at 6pm, there is plenty of space and good views to be had from most picnic spots in the meadow. So please don’t feel like you need to rush through the gates at 6pm. So long as you are sat down and ready for the 7.30pm live music start, that works for us.

Question 3

Should I dress up?

If you want to channel the Cuban vibe - then please go for it! Otherwise, the dress code is totally informal and relaxed.

Can I bring picnic table and chairs?

With pleasure. Or. Picnic rug if you prefer. Wherever you can carry on foot and you will be comfortable on.

Are you selling food, beverages or alcohol?

No, we are not selling or providing any food, beverages or alcohol. Please feel free to bring a picnic of your choice, and you can bring your own alcoholic or other drinks.

Will there be marquee or other cover from the rain?

This is an open air event. We will do all we reasonably can to have the event continue should it be rainy or windy, or both. If we are unable to provide a reasonably safe, dry and storm-free event, we reserve the right to change the venue, or to cancel the event if absolutely necessary.

Will there be loos available?

Yes, there will be a number of loos available.

Can I leave my rubbish and recycling with you?

We request that you take your rubbish and re-cycling home with you at the end of the evening. Thanks in advance!

Can I bring my dog or other pet?

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets of any type. If you have a support animal, please contact us in advance to discuss.

Question 11

What is the refund policy - for example if it is pouring down?

Accepted Answer

We will refund tickets (not booking fees) up to 30 days before the event. We will not be able to refund nearer the time, including in the event of a weather related cancellation. We hope you understand - this event is in support of two charities that really value and appreciate your generosity.
