A music venture incubator programme supporting emerging artists, creators and founders with the invaluable mentorship, industry connections, entrepreneurial learning experiences and access to the world's most exciting and emerging music tech companies - the next Spotify's and innovative digital platforms - to develop new and audiences, revenue and learn how to think about your music venture in a whole new way that will remain with you for life. All for less than a daily Starbucks coffee.

Why virtual?

A virtual incubator programme has several benefits. Firstly, not being located in a physical space 24/7 means the cost of the programme is greatly reduced, and you can join from any city in the world and still access all of its features and many of its benefits.

Anthony David King is founder of Anthony David King Ventures, which develops and runs venture programmes for start-ups, organisations and investors - including partners like Techstars Startup Weekend.

This includes the Innovation Hub for the British Phonographic Industry - the organisation that runs the BRIT Awards and represents the UK recorded music industry around the world - where he builds partnerships between innovative tech start-ups, and record labels to develop new audiences and revenue.

Anthony also lectures for a number of UK and international universities on the music industry, entrepreneurship and start-up innovation, and is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and Commerce for his contribution to developing creative ventures throughout Great Britain.

Location: (its virtual) you can join the programme without being located at a physical site.

However, for those located in London, the mentoring sessions take place at locations like the renowned private members club for the creative and entertainment industries, The Hospital Club, based in Covent Garden in central London, and a number of other optional locations.

How to join

1. Register your place.

2. Receive your introduction email, with some about you questions and optional dates for your first one-to-one session.

3. Select your first meeting/mentoring session.


How long does the programme last?

The incubator programme is open ended, so you can join for as little as one month or for as long as you need to develop your venture (minimum 3 months recommended).

How do I know if it is right for me and my start-up?

The incubator programme supports music artists, creators, entrepreneurs and founders in tech, media and entertainment and more. So if this is what you do, its right for you.

Does my venture need to be up and running?

No, as the aim is to support you through different stages of your venture journey wherever you are currently.

How are mentoring session delivered?

As a virtual incubator programme, the mentoring session are still delivered face-to-face if you're located in London. Otherwise they are delivered via Skype.

What if I live in another city?

Not a problem. The incubator programme currently supports artists, creators and entrepreneurs and start-up founders from a number of cities.

What does the V stand for?
