Bilge Morden - Booking Agent, CAA

Bilge started in the industry as an independent promoter while studying at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). After completing an internship at London based promoter Communion Presents, he joined CAA 5 years ago, and was promoted to agent in 2018. His roster includes AJ Mitchell, Kevin Garrett, Lennon Stella, Maren Morris, Sam Fender, Skinny Living and Texas.

Alex Bruce – Owner/Founder, Bruce Music

ICMP alumnus Alex launched London guitar, piano and vocal tuition company Bruce Music while studying here in 2013. Bruce Music now employs 35 teachers, including many ICMP students and alumni, and is currently expanding across the UK. The company is a happy team of young, active professional musicians and prides itself on high quality teaching, and exemplary customer service.

Rich Zbaraski, Session Musician/MD

London-based multi-instrumentalist Rich specialises in bass guitar, double bass, keys and backing vocals. As a session musician, he has played live, in the studio and on live broadcasts with artists such including Ella Eyre, Sigala, Louis Tomlinson, JC Stewart, Rationale and Andy Brown (Lawson).

His experience in musical theatre includes Cirque Du Soleil and American Idiot (West End) and he has worked regularly as an MD for high end function and corporate bands and residency contracts and venues such as The Piano Works.

Izzy Chase - Session Vocalist

ICMP alumna Izzy Chase's distinctive soul/pop sound has seen her backing artists such as Ellie Goulding, Michael Ball, Alfie Boe, Rod Stewart, Lunchmoney Lewis, Angel Haze, as well as PBUG, Sarah Harding, Mark Ronson, Boy George, Mollie Marriott, Madness, Saint Saviour, Wang Chung and The Flying Pickets. She has also supported artists such as Lucie Silvas, Ed Sheeran and Foy Vance.

She regularly works as a lead vocalist for high-profile corporate events both in London and internationally including venues such as; The Savoy, The Langham, The Ritz, The Skygarden for clients such as Samsung, Lexus, Citroen and more. In addition to live vocals, Izzy’s studio experience has her voice featured as a backing singer on various artist albums as well as on radio campaigns and dance/pop track demos.

Philly Lopez - Vocal Coach, Session Singer and Choir Director.

Philly works as a vocal coach on The Voice UK and BBC's All Together Now. She has also undertaken studio, TV and live sessions for George Ezra, Emeli Sande, Laura Mvula, Stevie Wonder, Jamie Cullum, Foy Vance and Matt Goss amongst others.
