As part of London Festival of Architecture, the launch of Musicity x Low Line is a free evening of music and conversation hosted by BBC Radio 3 Late Junction’s host Nick Luscombe.

Musicity x Low Line will see fifteen sites along the mighty Victorian railway viaduct, spanning Bankside, London Bridge and Bermondsey, come alive with new music created especially for each site.

Then, our fantastic line-up will deploy its energy as follows:

_Frog Morris & Daren Callow will open with The Tale of South Bermondsey celebrating The Bermondsey Lion

_Cunning Folk will perform his piece inspired by The Biscuit Factory, weaving sounds from 1980s archive recordings of factory floors into renewed heartbeats

_Chihiro Ono will improvise on the kaleidoscope of sounds she created for Bermondsey Tunnel

_Lola de la Mata will celebrate fierce female & queerness in 'I'll show YOU my G string', a collaboration with performance artist Riccardo T

_AV project Gestalt (Abi Wade & Joel Wells) will render a uniquely interconnected family history akin to Vinegar Yard, spanning 5 generations

_Tom Szirtes will take us down the small and intimate Gibbons Rents alleyway, crafting deep and introspective vibrations

_Thomas Stone will follow with an eerie electroacoustic duet for two contrabassoons created for Ewer Street

_James Alec Hardy will feed us visual and sonic dreamscapes, carefully gathered from Druid Street Wildflower Meadow
