Am I only allowed to come during my session timing?

No, attendees can arrive and leave the event at anytime. There will be an open area with stalls to mingle. The session timings are ONLY for individuals within the age categories. We reserve the right to refuse entry.

Is there parking onsite?

There is a free car park directly onsite and volunteers to assist parking.

Will there be refreshments?

There will be a variety of food and drink stalls from which refreshments can be purchased. Majority of stalls will take card payments but it will be handy to have cash just in case.

Can I attend a session out of my age range?

Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate this. As requested from the last event, we have limited the age ranges to ensure more age appropriate matches during sessions.
