Event description
How does living and working longer affect us all? How does the now failing male dominated, single earner model evolve to support us all?

About this Event

From Sprint to Marathons: Careers in an Age of Longevity and Gender Balance

At this event, the next in the Mustard Seeds series, we'll be speaking with Avivah Wittenberg-Cox , CEO of 20-first, one of the world’s leading gender balance consultancies. She works with the CEOs, Executive Committees and top management teams of some of the world’s best-known companies to benefit from the business opportunities of more balanced, 21st century forms of leadership, customer connections and talent management.

Avivah will break open the conversation on how the linear, unbroken career model shaped everyone’s idea of what success looked like, when it arrived, and how it was achieved. Exceptions were not welcome. The homogeneity and dominance of the model meant that many populations were eliminated somewhere along the journey. This is slowly changing as the size and significance of Millennials, Women and Perennials force companies to take notice and act.

As ever come and get involved and be prepared to walk away with a plan to DO SOMETHING, to create change in the life you live, work and love in.

The lovely people at The Square club are hosting this event and as ever our ticket money is going to support the wonderful work that ONE25 do.
