Muvas sanctuary is partnering with Hilary, a woman's fitness coach to run an exercise in the park session. Hilary is an experienced fitness coach and amazing mum of two. She also has qualifications for pre and post natal workouts and she has agreed to lead a class with us and share some advice on home workouts!
This class is open to all women pre or post natal, foster mums, adoptive mums, grandparents, teenage mums, everyone is welcome. The session is tailored to fit everyone whether you already work out or not so please do not be intimidated.
The session will run for 45 mins followed with 15 mins or advice and guidance from Hilary. After the session for those who would like to stay behind a little longer we will have a mini picnic in the park so please do bring you blanket.
Requirements for session:
Clothes you are comfortable in
Workout mat, this can be a simple blanket so please do not buy anything
Bottle of water or drink of your choice
Good vibes and energy
Please note I will be capturing some footage so if you are uncomfortable, please let me know and I will be sure to not include you.
