November 2025 Networking Breakfast

Join us for Mole Valley Chamber's Networking Breakfast

We are delighted to invite you to Mole Valley Chamber's monthly networking breakfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with local businesses, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and gain valuable insights from our inspiring guest speaker.

Guest speaker: Jacquetta Fewster

Help your staff travel better, feel better, and work better

Join us for this energising breakfast session with Jacquetta Fewster, Active Travel Lead (Workplaces) for Active Surrey at Surrey County Council — and someone who knows a thing or two about getting people moving (in every sense!).

Jacquetta will share how Surrey County Council is helping employers boost staff wellbeing, productivity, and sustainability through its brand-new Active Travel Toolkit. It’s designed to help businesses:

  • 🚲 Improve staff satisfaction with healthier, more flexible travel options
  • 🚘 Ease parking pressure and local congestion
  • 🌱 Show leadership on ESG and sustainability goals

She’ll explore how small changes to how your team travels can have big benefits for morale, workplace culture, and the bottom line — all while helping the planet. Whether your staff commute, car-share, walk, or cycle, Jacquetta’s insights will inspire you to make travel choices that truly work better for everyone.

You’ll also hear how Active Surrey and Surrey County Council can provide grant funding and practical support to help your organisation turn good intentions into real action.

So grab a coffee, park the car (or better yet, walk!), and join us for a session that’ll get both your mind and your team moving.

Agenda
07:30 - 08:00

Arrival, Welcome, Coffee and Networking

This is where you'll be welcomed as you step into the venue by chamber staff. Once you are settled in you'll have the chance to mingle and make connections with other businesses and organisations. It is always relaxed and friendly, everyone is welcome.

08:00 - 08:40

One-Minute Round

Now we have one-minute rounds where you can showcase your business and find out what others in the room do. If you've not done a one minute round (or 60 seconds) before, no need to worry, we will help you.

08:40 - 09:10

Guest Speaker

This is where our guest speaker has a chance to address the breakfast attendees with a subject of their choice. We always aim to either educate, motivate and inspire during these talks. We often have speakers talk on their specialist area, talking about perhaps challenges they have had in business or giving advice that benefits at all. We also regularly have inspirational speakers who have a story to tell, it might be about their life or about their career, or of course, both!
