  • Overview of infectious encephalitis - Assoc Prof Kiran Thakur, Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
  • Overview of autoimmune encephalitis - Assist Prof Sarah Flanagan Wesley, Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
  • Overview of encephalitis in children - Dr Molly Wilson-Murphy, Boston Children's Hospital.
  • Rehabilitation following encephalitis - Assist Prof Akin Beckley, Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
  • Seizure management in encephalitis - Dr Claude Steriade, NYU Langone's Comprehensive Epilepsy Center.
  • Psychiatric management in encephalitis - Prof Steven Kushner, Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Center for Precision Psychiatry & Mental Health - New York Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
  • Encephalitis Community 'lived experiences' - Jim Cooper (infectious encephalitis) and Rachael Muggleton (autoimmune encephalitis).

The event will finish with a drinks and nibbles reception.
