I use all natural, wholegrain, fresh ingredients, in my recipes. Fresh produce that is seasonal and local wherever possible. My recipes have been inspired by my love of cooking; my many cook books and my travels around the world.
Maximum 10 places per class.
Learn quick and easy deliciously healthy recipes using grains such as quinoa, spelt, barley and pulses.
Light refreshments, sample dishes and recipe pack to take away included.
