You are warmly invited to the East Hampshire Travel Plan Network, a forum to encourage more sustainable and active travel for those working in the region.
The next meeting will be on Friday 2nd December, 12:00-14:00, at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Visitor Centre Theatre, PO8 0QE.
The Queen Elizabeth Country Park is located 4 miles south of Petersfield and is connected by the newly opened traffic free 'Butser Cutting' cycling and walking route. This route connects the park directly with Petersfield train station, offers a great opportunity to cycle to the event. Should you have to drive the site has its own sliproads on both the north and south bound carriageways of the A3 and operate a pay and display carpark. Full details of directions can be found by clicking here.
Lunch will be provided, please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
We hope the meeting will provide a stimulating couple of hours for sharing ideas and good practice on how to encourage staff from workplaces in the region to travel more sustainably. Please see below for the agenda, and for more information about the Travel Plan Networks.
Funding from Hampshire County Council has allowed Sustrans to organise the meetings and coordinate the network. More information about Travel Plan Networks can be found at www.myjourneyhampshire.com/workplaces/travel-plan-networks-hampshire.
