We are pleased to invite you to our latest My Journey Workplace Travel Briefing. This will be an online session (via Teams) and is our new format for keeping you up to date with sustainable travel and transport news and opportunities, basically delivering all the great content that you would have previously expected to enjoy at the Workplace Travel Network but without the need to travel.

Everyone who has an interest in reducing their own and their organisation’s carbon footprint is invited. There will be talks from key sustainable travel organisations, tips on how to get your workplace motivated and information about challenges and events that you can get your colleagues involved in. There will also be the chance to contribute to discussions as well as meet and ask questions of our speakers, in our Sustainable Travel Surgeries.

It’s an exciting time for the My Journey Travel Demand Management project as we’ll be delivering sustainable travel and transport support on a level we’ve never been able to before.

How do I join the online event?

Click the first link in your ticket email. That takes you to the event page. Click the orange box that says “Join now”. That opens a Microsoft Teams pop-up. If you have Teams on your computer, click “open the app”. If not, click to open it in your browser. That will open the Briefing event.

What is the Travel Surgery and what questions should I be asking?

We want the briefings to help you with the issues that you face at your workplace. This is your opportunity to ask a question of the My Journey team and travel champions from other workplaces. There will be an opportunity to ask on the day as well.
