An online, live Mindful Yoga session/class delivered by Dr Charlotte Vickery - a trained yoga and mindfulness teacher, psychologist and founder of MY Mindful Yoga.
The session aims to support mental and physical wellness, together.
MY Mindful Yoga, delivered by Charlotte, is a 60 minute gentle and slow paced session using mindfulness, yoga and self-compassion techniques to promote wellness of mind and body in one accessible practice. The theme for the session is Grounding the Mind

Ideal for those looking for a practise that uses mindfulness approaches and aims to support both emotional and physical well-being.
Suitable for all levels, ages (16 +) and experience, excluding pregnancy.
Some adaptions will be offered for this event; you will be expected to draw on the teachers instructions and to monitor your own physical and mental state throughout. To support the session, there will be a request for microphones to remain off throughout the live remote class.
Due to the nature of on-line remote sessions, your teacher is unable to risk assess the space that you are practising in. You are responsible for ensuring you practice in a suitable environment and can keep yourself free from injury and 'safe'. Please consult your G.P or physician, if you are unsure about the personal suitability of yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
Booking is for a single event/session. You will receive an email with a Zoom link before the session starts.
