Join Us for My Mood and Me Story Time

Come on down to Collier Row Library on October 23rd, 2025 at 5:30 PM (Europe/London). HEST is hosting a mental health focused story time group in the community to support primary school children’s emotional wellbeing through stories. The group will use books and fun discussions to help children explore feeling, build confidence and resilience and learn strategies.

This month's focus is on building resilience and facing challenges around friendships! We will be reading Misha Makes Friends.

This event is intended for Havering primary school children in Year 2 - Year 5 and their parents.
