Breaking the Mold with ‘My Neurodivergent Self’

Society often values conformity over individuality, leading to a lack of understanding and support for those with neurodivergent experiences. This expectation can result in isolation, marginalisation, and unnecessary challenges.

Welcome to ‘My Neurodivergent Self’, a neuro-affirming series of workshops that celebrate neurodivergence, focusing on Autism, ADHD. Whether diagnosed or self-identifying, we create a safe space that acknowledges and celebrates differences, rather than dismissing them.

Join Staklife for Inclusive Workshops: Educational Facts, Rich Discussions, and Lived Experiences, Led by Neurodivergent Host Fleur

  • Friendships
  • Communication Differences
  • Sensory Processing Differences
  • Marginalisation and Isolation
  • Alexithymia
  • Intersectionality
  • The Double Empathy Problem
  • Low Mood, Burnout, and more
