My Neurodivergent Self - Understanding Neurodivergence - Workshop One
Overview
Breaking the Mold with ‘My Neurodivergent Self’
Society often values conformity over individuality, leading to a lack of understanding and support for those with neurodivergent experiences. This expectation can result in isolation, marginalisation, and unnecessary challenges.
Welcome to ‘My Neurodivergent Self’, a neuro-affirming series of workshops that celebrate neurodivergence, focusing on Autism, ADHD. Whether newly diagnosed, self-dentifying or want to explore your identity further, we create a safe space that acknowledges and celebrates differences, rather than dismissing them.
