This workshop is an appointment with an NHS Asthma Nurse, if you can no longer attend let the team know so we can give your ticket to someone else.
The MyHealth Programme is committed to ensuring that the residents of Hillingdon can access high quality, evidence-based care in a setting appropriate to their needs by transforming the way care is delivered. We do this by co-producing the programme with our service users and carers, providers, the local authority and community and voluntary sector groups.
This is a FREE one hour workshop designed for parents who have children diagnosed with Asthma.
During the session, the Asthma nurse will cover
• Asthma attacks
• Asthma triggers
• Inhaler techniques
• Asthma action plans
These are the same asthma nurses you will see when you have you child's asthma review , so any questions you have please ask them!
