Event description
Teesside University and Neuro Key are launching MyLifeTool: a self-management tool for people with long-term conditions.

About this Event

Date: 23rd October 2019

Venue: T1.10, The Curve, Teesside University

Time: 1.00pm to 4.30pm plus refreshments

Teesside University and Neuro Key have been working with people with long-term conditions to develop a new self-management tool for people with long-term conditions. MyLifeTool is a self-management tool that people can use long-term. It encourages people to reflect upon their journey living with a long-term condition and learn about their condition, themselves and what gives them meaning and purpose in life.

MyLifeTool will be launched at an event at Teesside University on Wednesday 23rd October 2019. Anyone with a long-term condition or who works with people with long-term conditions is welcome to come to the event. A free copy of MyLifeTool will be available and there will be a chance to try it out for yourself.

The event is free but only 100 places are available. Please contact Stephanie Kilinc at s.kilinc@tees.ac.uk if you would like further information.

We look forward to seeing you.
