Mae mynediad i’r Amgueddfa yn parhau AM DDIM, ond er mwyn diogelu ein staff a’n hymwelwyr rhaid i ni gyfyngu’r nifer o bobl ar y safle ar yr un pryd. I gadw ymwelwyr a staff yn ddiogel, rydym wedi gorfod cyfyngu faint o bobol all gael eu croesawu i’r safle ar yr un pryd. Er mwyn rheoli hyn rhaid i bob ymwelydd archebu tocyn am ddim ymlaen llaw. Os na fyddwch yn archebu a dangos tocyn dilys, ni fyddwch yn cael mynediad, yn ddieithriad.

Mynediad olaf: 3.30pm

Mae canllawiau Llywodraeth Cymru yn wahanol i Loegr. Wrth ymweld â'n hamgueddfeydd, rhaid i chi barhau i wisgo gorchudd wyneb dan do a chadw pellter cymdeithasol rhyngoch chi a phobl eraill os nad ydych chi'n byw gyda nhw neu os nad ydyn nhw'n rhan o'ch aelwyd estynedig gyfyngedig.

Yn ôl canllawiau Llywodraeth Cymru, rhaid i bawb wisgo gorchudd wyneb mewn gofodau dan do yn ein Hamgueddfeydd a dilyn ein canllawiau diogelwch tra eich bod yn yr amgueddfa, hyd yn oed os ydych chi wedi cael y ddau frechlyn Covid-19. Rydym yn cadw'r hawl i wrthod mynediad i unrhyw un sydd ddim yn gwisgo gorchudd wyneb heb fod ganddynt reswm da, er enghraifft am resymau iechyd a lles, ac unrhyw un nad ydynt yn dilyn ein canllawiau diogelwch eraill.

I leihau risg lledu COVID-19, rydym wedi newid ein harferion, a bydd y profiad yn Big Pit yn wahanol i’r arfer. Ni fydd y Daith Danddaearol ar agor. Ond, gallwch gerdded trwy Brenin Glo: Y Profiad Cloddio ac ymweld a’r baddondai pen pwll sydd yn cynnwys pedwar gofod arddangos ac yn defnyddio gwrthrychau a delweddau i adrodd stori'r pyllau glo yng Nghymru. Gallwch hefyd crwydro o gwmpas y safle, gweld yr adeiladau hanesyddol (o’r tu allan) a mwynhau Tirwedd Safle Treftadaeth Blaenafon.

Mae ragor o wybodaeth am ein trefniadau i’ch cadw’n ddiogel ar ein gwefan.

Ni ellir ad-dalu tocynnau ac ni ellir eu cyfnewid am ddyddiad neu ddigwyddiad arall. Gwnewch yn siwr eich bod yn gwbl hapus â’ch dewisiadau cyn archebu.

I gefnogi ymdrechion tracio ac olrhain Covid-19 ni fyddwch yn gallu dod yn ol i’r safle ar ol gadael. I’ch defnydd chi yn unig mae’r tocyn a ni ellir ei werthu ymlaen.

The Museum remains FREE TO ENTER. However, to keep you and our staff safe, we have had to reduce the number of people we can welcome on site at any one time. To manage this, all visitors entering the site will need to have booked a free ticket in advance. Sadly, if you don't book and present a valid ticket, you’ll be turned away. We can make no exceptions.

Last entry: 3.30pm

Visitors are required to wear face coverings in indoor spaces at our Museums, in line with Welsh Government guidelines and to follow all our safety guidelines while at the museum, even if you have been vaccinated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those not wearing a face covering without due cause, for example for health and wellbeing reasons, and to those who flout our other safety guidelines.

Welsh Government guidelines are different from those in England. You are still required to wear a face covering indoors and to practice social distancing with people you do not live with or who are not in your exclusive extended household when at the museum.

To reduce any risks from COVID-19, we have had to change what we do, and the experience at Big Pit will be different from what we can normally offer. The Underground Tour currently remains closed. However, King Coal: The Mining Galleries is open to walk through along with the Pit Head Baths Exhibition building, which houses four exhibition spaces and uses objects and images to tell the story of coal mining in Wales. You can also wander around the the site, viewing the historic buildings (from the outside) and enjoying Blaenavon’s Industrial Landscape.

Find out more about what we’re doing to keep you safe on our website.

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative date or event. Please ensure that you are 100% happy with your choices before booking.

For Covid-19 track & trace purposes you will not be able to re-enter the site once you’ve left. Tickets are also for your use only and cannot be resold.

AC-NMW has a Legitimate Interest to process your contact details as part of Covid-19 Track & Trace efforts. Your contact details will be retained in line with any future Welsh Government guidance.
