Do I need to bring anything?

Preferred for participants to bring their own yoga mats. We have a couple spare. I would recommend bringing a water bottle and something cosy to have.

What facilities do you offer?

We have toilet facilities, tea, coffee and snacks, food will also be provided as part of this workshop.

The closest private car park is around 8 minutes walk away from the venue. There are parking bays outside but they only give 1hr30 mins so are better for shorter workshops and 1:1 client sessions.

Best answer would be from Manchester Picadilly, take the Etihad or Ashton Under Lyme tram to 'Holt Town' & then it's 5 minute walk from there.
