Do I need to be a writer to attend?

This workshop is open to all, even if you have never written before, this is your chance to try something new for the benefit of your mental wellbeing. No experience is required.

Do I have to share my work?

There is never any pressure to share what you have written in the session. It is a safe space and you are able to share whatever you are comfortable in doing so.

What if I don't get time to finish what I'm writing in the workshop?

These workshops will be monthly so if you don't get a chance to finish a poem, but wanted to share it, you can complete in your own time and share at the start of the next session or come and join us for our Bounty Unleashed open Mic event.

Will the workshop be recorded?

The workshop will not be recorded, but a PDF of the presentation will be sent out to all who book on.

What will I need to be prepared?

It would be a good idea to find a quiet space so you can really make the most of this "you" time. Have something to write on whether that's pen and paper or your computer. Once booked there will be additional information given about the story being covered to help to get the most from the workshop.
