FAQs

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Email admin@appropriateadult.org.uk or call 07739 904 858.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, as long as it is transferred to another representative of your organisation.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is helpful if you can bring your ticket with you as it helps to speed up the registration process. However, if you do not bring the ticket you we'll just need your name.

What if I can't make it?
Spaces are limited, and we want them all to count. It is very frustrating for members who have not been able to attend because all the places are booked, only to discover on the day that were spare spaces. Even though places at the event are free to members, they are not free to the charity, so please only book if you are committing to attending. No shows on the day and cancellations with less than two weeks notice may be subject to a charge of £35 to help cover the costs incurred.

What are my transport options getting to the event?

Trains: London Euston is 3 minutes walk (0.2 miles) away from the venue. Just walk out of the front of the station, turn right, cross the road and you are on the right street. London Kings Cross St Pancras is approximately 15 minutes walk (0.7 miles). Book train tickets as early as possible to secure the best rates. You can check prices now at http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/.

Tube: Euston, Euston Square and Warren Street are all less than 5 minutes walk from the venue.

Car: Parking is extremely limited in central London. Local car parks can be found here

Does the venue have disabled access?

Yes. If you let us know that you would like access assistance in advance, we'll make sure the venue is aware.
