This half day workshop will help you adapt activities to differing abilities, so they are more inclusive for the people you support.
The training environment will need to be quiet and undisturbed
Staff will need to give the course their full attention and should not be on duty.

Recognise how to adapt an activity for a range of needs
Understand how differing abilities impact on an individual’s day to day life
Recognise the importance of sensory needs
Explore The NAPA 4 E’s Model
This course will be delivered by Zoom and will include, presentations, discussion and reflection, case studies, videos and demonstrations.
