• The training environment will need be quiet and undisturbed.

• Staff will need to give the course their full attention and should not be on duty

Learning outcomes

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Explain the value and importance of Reminiscence

• Recognise diverse life experiences

• Plan meaningful Reminiscence based activities

• Practice Reminiscence as a person centred communication approach

• Evaluate the benefits and the impact on wellbeing

This course will be delivered by Zoom and will include, presentations, discussion and reflection, case studies, quizzes and films.
