We are thrilled to announce the exciting benefit exclusively for NAPA members - free access to our monthly evidence-based RAIN Network Masterclasses.
These sessions offer valuable professional development opportunities designed to support all Activity Providers working in NAPA member settings.
These Masterclasses are free of charge to NAPA members, providing a valuable and accessible resource for continuing professional development.
Every participant who attends a session will receive a certificate of participation which will include:

Date of the session
Participant’s name

Aim:

To deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ history and its importance in inclusive care practice.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the relevance of LGBTQ+ history within person-centred engagement.
• Explore respectful and creative ways to mark LGBTQ+ History Month in care settings.
• Identify language and approaches that support psychological safety and belonging.
• Reflect on how to evidence inclusive practice linked to CQC expectations

Our skilled Development Officer, Ellie Lucas, will guide the session.
