We are thrilled to announce the exciting benefit exclusively for NAPA members - free access to our monthly evidence-based RAIN Network Masterclasses.
These sessions offer valuable professional development opportunities designed to support all Activity Providers working in NAPA member settings.
These Masterclasses are free of charge to NAPA members, providing a valuable and accessible resource for continuing professional development.
Every participant who attends a session will receive a certificate of participation which will include:
Title of the session
Date of the session
Participant’s name

This months topic: Year of Culture

Speaker: Hilary Woodhead - NAPA CEO

Aim:

To explore how embracing a “Year of Culture” can inspire inclusive, creative engagement across care settings.

Learning Outcomes:

• Recognise the value of cultural themes in shaping meaningful activities.
• Identify ways to co-create a cultural calendar with residents and colleagues.
• Reflect on how culture connects to NAPA Standards and quality outcomes.
• Plan simple, inclusive activities that celebrate diversity throughout the year.

Our skilled Development Officer, Ellie Lucas, will guide the session.
