Introducing the RAIN Network: Free Monthly Masterclass for NAPA Members
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new benefit exclusively for NAPA members - free access to our monthly evidence-based RAIN Network Masterclasses.
These sessions offer valuable professional development opportunities designed to support all Activity Providers working in NAPA member settings.
These Masterclasses are free of charge to NAPA members, providing a valuable and accessible resource for continuing professional development.
Each Masterclass is equivalent to 1 hour (60 points) of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), enabling members to earn NAPA CPD credits that support their ongoing career development and professional growth.
Every participant who attends a session will receive a certificate of participation which will include:
Title of the session
Date of the session
Participant’s name
1 hour of CPD credit (60 Points)

Aim:
To consider how celebrations in care settings can be planned and delivered in inclusive ways that reflect the stories, traditions and values of everyone.
Learning Outcomes:
Recognise why inclusivity matters when planning celebrations and events
Explore approaches to honour cultural, spiritual, and personal traditions
Understand the role of activity providers in creating meaningful, respectful celebrations
Share best practice and ideas with colleagues to inspire inclusive activity planning
