About this event
Join Lyndsey McDougall for this interactive napkin embroidery masterclass where you will learn how to embroider insects that play a vital role in pollinating our local plants; bees, st. marks flies, earwigs, wasps and blue bottles. You will learn basic hand embroidery stitches, providing you with the skills to embellish other domestic objects, giving them a new lease of life!
All materials and tools will be provided but please feel free to bring a clean fabric napkin with you, if you would like to up-cycle one of your own.
This is a masterclass workshop running from 10am - 4pm. There will be a break for lunch and lunch will be provided.
Venue: Millennium Court Arts Centre, William Street, Portadown
