This is your chance to explore authenticity as a powerful force in business and marketing, and to celebrate with other women who, through their work, embody their city, their roots, and their vision.

Across five days, you’ll move through five transformational phases, each one offering expert guidance, hands-on experiences, and opportunities for real connection. From introspection to exploration, reflection to celebration, every moment is designed to help you step fully into your authentic self – in business, in marketing, and in life.

Held in the iconic city of Naples, the finale of our Walk The Talk Festival is your chance to join a vibrant community of women, to learn, to grow, and to leave your mark.

Programma dell’Evento:

Giorno 1: 16 ottobre – Introspezione:
Allineamento e Scopo nel Marketing per il Business: Una giornata completa di workshop esperienziali dedicati alla riscoperta di sé e all’allineamento tra identità personale e visione imprenditoriale. Attraverso attività di mindfulness e sessioni con esperti di strategia e comunicazione, viene esplorato il valore dello scopo nel marketing autentico e sostenibile.

Giorno 2: 17 ottobre – Riflessione:
Espressione di Sé attraverso Bellezza, Stile e Comunicazione: Dopo la fase di introspezione, questa giornata è dedicata all’espressione visibile dell’identità. Le partecipanti saranno guidate da professionisti nei campi della bellezza, benessere, cosmetica, lifestyle e comunicazione, per costruire un’immagine autentica, coerente e potente.

Giorno 3: 18 ottobre – Connessione:
Conferenza Europea sul Marketing Autentico: Conferenza istituzionale con leader internazionali del G100 (Brand Creation & Marketing). Un dialogo strategico e ispirante sull’autenticità, il city branding e il ruolo delle donne nella creazione di brand personali consapevoli e radicati. Comprende una tavola rotonda con la rete WOW.
La giornata si conclude con una Cena di Gala privata riservata alle donne WOW e G100.

Giorno 4 | 19 ottobre – Esplorazione:
Scoprire e Vivere Napoli Insieme: Urban Exploration & Cultural Networking. Una giornata immersiva con partecipanti internazionali da Europa, Regno Unito, Asia e Africa — un’occasione per scoprire Napoli da nuove prospettive, coltivare relazioni significative e costruire connessioni autentiche tra donne e culture.

Giorno 5 | 20 ottobre – Celebrazione:
Mostra e Chiusura del Festival: Giorno di chiusura: Esposizione di Artigianato & Celebrazione. Esplora i lavori artigianali delle donne di Confartigianato, in collaborazione con Puteca Celidonia, guidate da Patrizia Visone (WOW Naples Captain). Un’occasione speciale per celebrare l’autenticità femminile attraverso arte, abilità e cultura locale.
Concludendo con una Festa di Chiusura & networking (biglietto acquistabile separatamente).

Event Programme:

Day 1: 16 October – Introspection:

Alignment and Purpose for Business Marketing: A full day of experiential workshops dedicated to the rediscovery of self and to the alignment between personal identity and entrepreneurial vision. Through mindfulness activities and sessions with experts in strategy and communication, the value of purpose in authentic and sustainable marketing is explored.

Day 2: 17 October – Reflection:

Expression of the Self through Beauty, Style, and Communication: After the phase of introspection, this day is dedicated to the visible expression of identity. Participants will be guided by professionals in the fields of beauty, wellness, cosmetics, lifestyle, and communication, to build an authentic, coherent, and powerful image.

Day 3: 18 October – Connection:

European Conference on Authentic Marketing: Institutional Conference with international G100 leaders (Brand Creation & Marketing). A strategic and inspiring dialogue on authenticity, city branding, and the role of women in shaping conscious and rooted personal brands. Featuring a roundtable with the WOW network.

The day concludes with a private Gala Dinner reserved for WOW and G100 women.

Day 4 | 19 October – Exploration:

Discovering and Experiencing Naples Together: Urban Exploration & Cultural Networking. An immersive day with international participants from Europe, the UK, Asia, and Africa — a chance to discover Naples from fresh perspectives, nurture meaningful bonds, and build authentic connections across women and cultures.

Day 5 | 20 October – Celebration:

Exhibition & Festival Closing: Closing Day: Craft Exhibition & Celebration. Explore handcrafted works by Confartigianato women, in collaboration with Puteca Celidonia, guided by Patrizia Visone (WOW Naples Captain). A special occasion to celebrate female authenticity through art, skill, and local culture.

Concluding with a Closing Party & networking (which can be purchased separately).
