Join the National Academy for Educational Leadership for its second online well-being conference on Thursday 27 January 2022, 9am-3pm. Featuring guest speakers such as Professor Michael West CBE (Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at Lancaster University, Visiting Professor at University College, Dublin, and Emeritus Professor at Aston University), Maggie Farrah (Empowering Leadership), Andy McCann (Director at DNA Definitive Ltd & Visiting Professor, Manchester Metropolitan University), and voices from the education sector. The conference will explore ‘Compassionate Leadership’ and how we can use this philosophy to nurture a culture across the education sector where the well-being of our leaders is prioritised.
