Event description
The National Alcohol Conference (formerly North West Alcohol Conference) celebrates its 10th year in 2019.

About this Event

We would like to invite you to attend the National Alcohol Conference 2019.

This event is the largest event of its kind in Europe featuring leading national and international professionals and researchers. NAC attracts 450 delegates from across the country, with acute, primary care and mental health practitioners being joined by social care and third sector professionals.

With the problems caused by alcohol now being recognised as one of the key health and social challenges of the early 21st Century, NAC19 will put a particular focus on the acute sector, and we are particularly keen to see attendance from your alcohol leads, along with Hepatologists, Addiction Specialists and Alcohol Care Team.

Speakers for NAC19 include Prof Steve Powis, NHS England Medical Director, national leaders for GIRFT and IQILS, the BSG British Association for Study of the Liver Special Interest Group for ArLD, plus discussions on addiction management and public health.

We hope you are able to join us.
