This event is aimed at operational, delivery, and strategic management within organisations that may be interested in this project.

The event will be split into two parts, a morning session and an afternoon session.

The morning session will:

provide an outline of the services in scope of the procurement for a National Fast Track Child and Family Social Work Programme
seek views from attendees on the Department's current thinking
outline how the procurement process will work
advise of next steps and how the Department intends to continue consultation with the market

The afternoon session will consist of a facilitated workshop to gather Potential Suppliers feedback on:

scope of the opportunity and lotting approaches (e.g. geography; services lines)
appointment of more than 1 supplier
payment mechanism and incentivisation approaches
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Management of TUPE (if applicable)
