Event description

Description

We want to ensure that Neurodiversity is a subject that is very much on the table for National Inclusion Week and to continue the conversation started by Sam Phillips in Campaign back in June.

Creative Equals, The Hobbs Consultancy and OMG UK are partnering to move forwards this conversation and to come up with ideas about how we can make our industry more accessible to those that are not neurotypical.

Put simply, the neurodiversity movement encourages society to adopt a position that differences in brain function are a variation rather than a mental disorder to be cured. Reflecting on our history, we see how important people who have thought differently have been to reinventing how we do things. We believe that this difference could create huge benefits in creativity and innovation in our industry.

Neurodiversity is so rarely a topic in our industry and yet we perhaps have so much to gain. We welcome you in joining us in our conversation.
