National Lottery Deliver Reaching Communities Workshop with CVS Brent

CVS Brent invites Brent-based voluntary sector organisations to a dedicated application guidance workshop for the Reaching Communities Grant by the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF). This session will walk participants through the application questions and guidelines, offering practical advice on how to strengthen bids and align them with funder priorities.

As part of the workshop, we are delighted to introduce Thomas Spens, the new NLCF Funding Officer overseeing Brent. Thomas will:

• Introduce the National Lottery Community Fund, his role, and their new strategy and missions.
• Highlight the Fund’s new environment mission and what it means for local projects.
• Share a breakdown of existing funding across Brent, including statistics and trends.
• Provide case studies of successful Reaching Communities projects funded in the borough.

Funding Available: Organisations can apply for grants ranging from £20,001 up to £20 million

Exclusive Offer: Attendees will have the opportunity to book in a one-to-one meeting with Thomas (Funding Officer for National Lottery Community Fund) two weeks after the workshop, giving them the chance to showcase their project idea and receive tailored feedback.
