Frequently asked questions

What is the dress code?

The dress code is: Suits & Bow Ties and dinner dresses. Please make sure you arrive looking your best. Trainers and jogging bottoms will not be allowed entry even if you obtain a ticket.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We do not issue refunds on any tickets that are purchased. You are however allowed to transfer the ticket to someone else. If you have someone else who would like to buy your ticket from you that is fine. Upon entry we scan your ticket and once scanned it can not be transferred to someone else.

Are children under 18 allowed to attend?

Yes, children are allowed to attend provided they are with an adult. However, all children must leave the building at the after party.
