Organised by

My name is Emma Weaver, Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, Holistic Therapist and Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher. I run Forest Bathing sessions and Meditation classes and courses in West Sussex.

I enjoy helping others learn new ways to improve their health and wellbeing through Meditation and Nature Connection which has had such a positive impact on my own health and wellbeing over the last 6 years. It’s a delight to run these sessions in such beautiful locations and to observe some of the uplifting effects that being at one with nature can have on the participants that attend. Knowing that the benefits last well beyond the session and that their own woodland walks will have so much more to offer them, in the way of self care and support, brings great job satisfaction.
