Does my ticket include the entry fee to Standen?

National Trust members have access to all areas, non-members will be given free acces to garden and cafe only. If you wish to vist the house after the session, non-members will need to pay an additional fee.

What happens if the weather is awful?

If there are weather warnings in place for severe weather, storms, high wind gusts over 30mph, heavy persistent rain then the event will be postponed and another date offered. I will try to give you as much notice as possible.

Can you bring dogs or children?

No, this is so you and other participants can fully switch off and relax into the process without the distraction of dogs or children. The minimum age for this event is 18.

Is it okay to do Forest Bathing in pregnancy?

Forest Bathing and other holistic therapies are not usually recommended in the first trimester. After that it can be difficult if you are getting uncomfortable, periods of standing/sitting/lying on the ground. Check with your GP/midwife first.

Yes there are toilets in the meeting area at Goose Green.

Yes, there is a cafe serving hot and cold food/drinks.

Do you do refunds for this event?

No, there are no refunds. Alternative dates will be offered for severe weather, and cancellation due to minimum number of ticket sales.
