National Video Game Arcade Trip
Sat 27 May 2017, 08:00 – 17:00 BST
How much quality time do you get to spend with your children? The excuses are many, but one thing is for sure, you can not buy time. Children remember and treasure the times they spend with you, and only with you! They don't need anything else, but you.
This event wants to bring you closer to your family and getting to know other families that want to do the same thing. Videogames have changed since you and I were younger, and that it is why we thought about putting together an event that brings the past to the present as far as video games is concern.
This is not just a video game boot camp, this is a history, technology and science live experience. We are sure that you have memories that will pop up in your head when you get to enter the arcade, which by the way, has three floors of the old games that you and I used to play when we were younger.
The Arcade is in Nottingham, so we are organising coach hire for the day, but first of all, we need to know who wants to come. In addition to this, the admission is only free for under 5s, adults pay £8.5 and children £6.5. There are concessions available, but the arcade wants to see proof of that.
If you want to attend, great! The more the merrier as we can get free passes for every ten people booked, which could bring down the ticket price by nearly 50%.
One last thing, I forgot to tell you that this will take place during British Science Week, 10th March to 19th March.
