Description

AN ACT OF HOPE AND REMEMBRANCE FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY HATE CRIME

A special service to bring communities affected by hate crime together during National Hate Crime Awareness Week #NationalHCAW 2019. The week takes place between the 12th October to 19th October 2019.

18:00 Guests take seats under the dome

18:45 End of Act of Remembrance

  • After service there will be photos taken with the London Borough Mayors, speakers, and keys guests.

19:30 St Paul's Cathedral closes.

This year the National Candle of Hope and Remembrance will be lit in memory of Johnny Delaney.

We will also remember the victims of Christchurch, New Zealand.

A retiring collection will be taken in aid of 17-24-30 No To Hate Crime Campaign

with any funds raised dedicated to tackling hate crime across the UK.
