Frequently asked questions
Nope! I will provide the fabric/textile, the traditional Indonesian tools for waxing, the organic wax, the ingredients for the natural dyes, paintbrushes, the frames to hold your fabric in place and tea and cake of course.
I would recommend wearing comfy clothes that you do not mind getting a bit messy with. As with any craft involving paint and wax, it could get on your clothes.
Sure! As long as it is natural cotton and can be held in a embroidery frame (for your safety with the wax) then you can bring it along. If you are unsure, send me a message and we can see if it can work.
Yes! There will be a break in the middle of the workshop with tea and cakes provided. Feel free to bring anything you want for the snack break too.
