Equality and diversity are fast becoming a forefront focus for organisations. This workshop aims to provide an understanding of what equality and diversity means and why this is an important consideration, both legally and socially.
Areas including LGBTQIA+ and ethnic minorities are discussed covering terminology, mindful inclusion, distinct experiences faced by minority communities and Neurodiversity.
On completing this training, you will be more informed and capable to consider equality and diversity as part of a wider organisational approach.

- Understanding what is meant by EDI and why it matters
- Understanding how to promote inclusivity with regards to protected characteristics in the workplace
