Natural England Menopause in the Workplace: Managers Guidance

Delivered by our EAP provider this Menopause - manager’s guidance course will be beneficial to a range of individuals, including senior leaders, managers and or those who want to learn more about the menopause and the impact it can have on individuals including in the workplace.

Learning will support you with an understanding of menopause and understanding barriers that may occur, for individuals.

Learning topics will include :

• Understanding the menopause

• Effects of menopause at work and best practise at work

• Menopause and Equality Act 2010

• Guidance and Policymaking

After completion of this course, we hope that this will provide :

• Confidence in your role managing and supporting colleagues with menopausal symptoms.

• Ideas for policymaking.

• Ability to identify appropriate workplace changes or adjustments to support team members to help them to thrive at work.
