Everyone has a brain that’s unique to them. There is natural difference in the way we think, learn, and process information. Neurodiversity is the term we use to describe these differences. In the UK, 1 in 7 people are diagnosed with a condition that might be described as a neurodivergence. But most of these conditions, such as ADHD and Autism, are widely misunderstood and stigmatised. This workshop will help you to understand neurodiversity, how to promote inclusivity, and how to support a neurodiverse culture. This workshop is tailored to Line Managers
