Natural Ink Workshop

Welcome to the Natural Ink Workshop!

Come join us at The Make Space for a hands-on experience in creating artist grade inks from natural materials. In this workshop, you will be shown which plants to forage (weather permitting) in the beautiful surrounding area of the Tithe Barn. Back in the workshop, you will be taught how to extract their colour (from supplied plants) and how to use modifiers and binders. Let your creativity flow as you experiment with different colors. No prior experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. (And clothes you don't mind getting inky!). All materials will be provided.
