You now have an evening class for runners who wish to develop their running technique, understanding a runner's body mechanics and ultimately reducing the risk of injuries.


Yes, it is possible to reduce the impact on the joints and tension in the muscles, while running faster and further!

Among the running elements we look at posture and body alignment, cadence, food strike, upper body movement, breathing when running and more. Understanding what to do and NOT do to will results in a more efficient running form:

The running technique elements will be taught in parallel with natural movement fitness. This will enable you to build body awareness or proprioception, as well strengthening and stabilising your joints so you can maintain good, efficient running form (posture, cadence, foot strike etc) throughout your run. Not least a runner NEEDS to develop a strong core!
