This event will take place online over Zoom at 4pm UK time. Please ensure you have Zoom software available ahead of time. The Zoom link will be emailed out shortly before the event so please keep an eye on your email inbox.
You can bring a pen/pencil and paper along for the various activities throughout the gathering.
There will be an imagination-based relaxation towards the end of the gathering, but if this is not suitable for you, you are welcome to leave early.
