Where is the meeting point?

In front of the Windmill museum entrance on the Wimbledon Common.

What do I need to bring?

Layers of clothing appropriate for the weather, a mat to sit on, water bottle or hot drink, your phone for photography and pen + notebook.

The sessions run in all weather! We would only cancel if it is dangerous to be out - a storm or very high winds.

What if I'm not able to walk far?

While the session does involve some walking, it is not a 2 hour hike! We move very slowly with plenty of stops to rest, sit down and take part in activities. You do not have to be able to walk far or for long.
