Event Information
About this Event
Connecting with nature at Kingswood Trust will help you feel good and provide interesting things to explore.
This funded activity is for up to two people from the same bubble aged 65 and over who may also be accompanied by a carer or supporting family member (up to 3 people in total.) Please consider government rules at the time.
Entry to this activity is free and includes a hot or cold drink and cake. Additional refreshments can be purchased at our takeaway snack stop, subject to availability. Please contact Kingswood Trust by email – kingswood@wolverhampton.gov.uk, if you have any dietary requirements.
You can enjoy our grounds from 10:00 to 12.30 on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The current COVID-19 restrictions mean that indoor activities are unlikely to be permitted for a while, but visits include a walk to discover nature and stretch your legs, the chance to enjoy the changing seasons and to meet our pets outdoors.
The Kingswood Trust is a ‘Dementia Friendly’ charity, situated in a nine-acre outdoor environmental centre, full of history and character. There are places to sit outdoors with some undercover and we aim to be accessible for all. Kingswood Trust holds the Queen’s Award for Voluntary service and our friendly staff and volunteers will be very pleased to help you.
We have a limited number of places available for these activities so book early to avoid disappointment.
