Join us at the start of your day before the music starts for a soothing Nature meditation.

EcoNIDRA has is roots in Yoga Nidra and is where Nature Connection meets shavasana.

All you need to do is be comfortable, laying down or seated if you prefer.

You will guided through a triple journey, touching your senses, through your body and connecting with the earth and stillness.

No experience needed, simply allow yourslef to be guided by my voice.
