What type of camera do I need to attend?

DSLR or Mirrorless or bridge will be awesome. You could even bring your smartphone!

Do I need to bring a tripod?

Totally up to you - remember you will need to carry it.

What lens do I bring?

Anything from wide to capture the landscape e.g. 10mm through to telephoto if you have.

I am driving - where can I park?

There are parking spaces at the woods but also street parking before you enter.

Are refreshments provided?

Sadly not, please bring a snacks and drinks if you may need.

If it rains, will the event still go ahead?

Yes. The session will still go ahead. Please ensure that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring appropriate protection for your camera. Similarly if sunny, please bring/wear sunscreen.
